What is your warranty policy?All products sold by Modern One Home come with a manufacturer’s warranty except for display samples and clearance items. The materials used to construct your furniture are of the highest quality, and we offer 5 year warranty for all our products. We ensure there is no manufacturing defects in materials, internal mechanisms and components.

Returns/Exchanges PolicyNo Unconditional Returns: Unfortunately, no returns or refunds without reason. Warranty coverage does not include: 1) Damage due to stains caused by food, drinks, cosmetics or bodily fluids may void the mattress warranty. 2) Damage due to abuse, including, but not limited to, folding, bending, and standing or jumping on the product. 3) Normal wear and tear of fabric and other materials. Quality Issues: For quality-related concerns, email a description and photos of the issue to our company. After customer service confirms the exchange, bring the purchase receipt and item to the store for processing.
